Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time may be longer during high‑volume periods, new product drops, or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or factors outside our control.
Fulfillment
All merchandise is fulfilled and shipped by our production partners. Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items purchased.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
International Customs & Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately if you need help, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
If an item is marked as a pre‑order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Ordering a pre‑order item means you agree to the extended fulfillment time.
