Refund policy

Overview 

All products in the ALreallifemusuc store are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are limited to cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility For Returns 

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items 

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for one of these reasons, email us with photos and your order number

Refunds 

Once your claim is approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Order Issues Caused by Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to the sender, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Cancellations 

Because orders begin production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need help, and we will do our best to assist.
